xowxow. Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using xowxow ("the Platform", "we", "us") at xowxow.club, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility — 18+ only

You must be 18 years of age or older to use xowxow. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account where we have reason to believe the user is under 18, without prior notice and without refund of any subscription fees.

3. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. Notify us at team@xowxow.club immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself, or photos to which you do not own the rights.
• Upload any content that is sexually explicit, depicts minors, or violates Brazilian law.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or compromise the Platform's security.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or platform metrics.
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant xowxow a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content to other logged-in users for the purpose of operating the rating features. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account (subject to reasonable technical delays). We will never sell your photos to third parties.

All uploads are subject to automated and manual moderation. We may remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

6. Ratings

Ratings on xowxow are anonymous opinions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, fairness, or appropriateness of any rating. Ratings are not intended to be taken as objective assessments of personal worth. If you experience distress as a result of ratings, you may hide your photos or close your account at any time.

7. Pro subscriptions

xowxow Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months except where required by law. Prices are in BRL and include applicable taxes.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion. For serious violations (e.g., content involving minors, fraud) we will act immediately and without notice. For lesser violations we will generally provide a warning first. You may close your account at any time by contacting team@xowxow.club.

9. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or for user-generated content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xowxow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or BRL 50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
